A video of a man rescuing a huge king cobra – estimated to continental air products vav dtt 09 8 4.5-meters long – from a stream in India early this month has gone viral.

Villagers in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, spotted the massive snake and called local snake expert Vava Suresh for help, Yahoo News reported. The king cobra had gone into a stream by the time Suresh arrived.

He went into the stream and grabbed the snake by the tail, putting on a show by dragging the huge snake around for the crowd of people who gathered to watch.

After pulling the snake ashore, Suresh then secured it and later released the king cobra into a forest. He claimed it was the 150th king cobra he had rescued.

The king cobra is native to India and many parts of Asia and holds the title of being the world’s longest venomous snake. It vava suresh latest videos 2018 one of the most lethal and potent forms of venom and is the only snake known to have enough venom in a bite to kill an elephant.

According to the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, about 46,000 people die of snakebites in India annually, largely due to the lack of antidote access in rural areas.

Steering clear of reptiles in inundated homes: Vava Suresh offers tips

After the deluge, Kerala is getting ready to reclaim its homes. The inundation has rendered a majority of them temporarily uninhabitable - plastered with silt, dirt and carcasses. But the real danger lurking in these homes is yet another – snakes that have been washed inside with the flood water. Snake catcher Vava Suresh gives some pointers to help people going back home steer clear of venomous and non-venomous apache vave entering your home

Make sure that you do not enter the home before tapping around with long sticks or metal rods. Do not touch anything with bare hands. Check every nook and cranny in this manner because snakes could be hiding under/inside almirahs and cupboards, between stacked clothes and so on. Russell’s Viper (Anali) is the most likely to sneak inside houses.

Even if you didn’t find any snakes on inspecting the house thoroughly, it is better to take a precautionary measure. Make a mixture of kerosene and water and can be randomly spattered all around the house. If the house has an attic (machu/thattinpuram), pour the kerosene-water mixture there too.

In the event of a apache vave bite

If you or anyone around you get bitten by a snake, it is important to not push the panic button; remember that it is important to keep the heart rate down. Tie a cloth over the wound. Make sure you do not tie ropes or threads of any kind around the wound. Blood circulation vava suresh latest videos 2018 only be reduced and not stopped. The person who has been bitten should not walk or lie down. The site of the bite should not be raised above the level of the person’s heart. Do not attempt to cut vava suresh latest videos 2018 wound open with blades or knives in an effort to squeeze the venom out. Take the person who is bitten to vava suresh latest videos 2018 hospital at the earliest.

Tips to determining the type of snake that caused the bite

The symptoms of the bite can give us clues about the kind of snake that caused it. A Russell’s Viper (Anali) bite will cause the blood at the site of the bite to ooze out thin and watery. The site of the bite will also swell up very soon. A cobra bite on the other hand causes the blood to clot. The bite of non-venomous snakes will cause normal bleeding; even if the snake is non-venomous, the person has to be given medical treatment. Bites of venomous snakes will cause severe pain.

Snakes!

Spotted this one in the canal near my home - swims pretty well, including diving and surfacing some distance away. Looks like a normal water snake.

While the R.Viper does indeed get mistaken for a python, the vava suresh latest videos 2018 viper is different in looks & much smaller in size compared to a python. BTW, you had quite vava suresh latest videos 2018 scare there with the R.Viper.

Unless any door is open or window partially open, snakes can't get into the cabin of a closed car.

Yes, snakes pick up minute vibrations. But the stomping of feet & the resultant vibration usually makes most snakes scamper, which I think is the intention.

Size doesn't seem to have a relation with venom potency, atleast with the big 4 snakes of India. The krait (and saw scaled viper) are much smaller than the Russels viper and the Cobra, but the krait's venom is very potent and needs immediate antidote. In some parts of Kerala, the krait is called "ettadi moorkhan" meaning 8-foot cobra, the 8-foot not referring to its size, but the number of steps a man will manage after being bitten by one.
