Templates
This application template is factory preloaded into the DXR2 automation station, or it can also be manually loaded using ABT Site. A template can be used as a starting point for the creation of other similar templates, using ABT-Site. Changing or adjusting parameters and setpoint values does not require a new template number, but if a physical input or output is changed, a new 5-digit template number should be assigned.
Application parameters and settings can be modified to meet specific jobsite requirements such as: room setpoints, room airflow rates, room operating modes, actuator timing, and so on. Important parameters vavada официальный сайт вход into two main categories:
1) Individual BACnet configuration values such as setpoints for room temp and air quality.

They are the direct replacement to the Siemens TECs.
But they are entirely, 100%, vav box hvac different.

IP DXR: can use ethernet to connect. Getting the IP addressing to be compatible will take you all day to connect to a single unit.

DXR: use ABT Site, ABT Go, or ABT Pro to configure. Many, many, many screens and many, many, many menus and sub-menus and obscure objects to sift through, look at, modify, etc.
TEC: relatively few applications that cover the wide variety of situations: cooling only VAV, VAV w/hot water reheat, VAV w/electric reheat, and both reheats with fans. Some other, less common applications, like fume hoods and such, but that's mostly it.
DXR: Many, many, many applications that are nearly infinitely configure-able, making it extremely complicated for no real benefit.
TEC: can program TECs directly, using PPCL, if they are PTECs.
DXR: Use Siemens Vavada официальный сайт вход programming (because DXRs are basically PLCs) using Siemens S7 ladder logic.
DXR: Need expensive ABT Pro license to do any "real" programming.
Oddly, despite all of the obscene new licensing nonsense with the Desigo CC suite, ABT Site and ABT Go are completely free.
