Ferrea Valves, the world’s leading manufacturer of racing valves, introduces the Sport Compact market into the already race-proven Ferrea 6000 Series Competition Valves. This Ferrea Valves Series is designed to provide excellent reliability in an environment of high RPM and high spring pressures, at a budget price. These valves have higher fatigue resistance and tensile strengths than our competitor’s best ferea vaves 6000 Series Competition Valves are specially designed for street, drag and rally racing applications. To manufacture the valves we use our exclusive two-step slow-forging process applied to the special alloys selected to suit intake and exhaust applications. We provide a unique heat-treatment and stress-relieving process, along with hard chrome stems ferea vaves friction-welded hard tips.

We finish the valves with a swirl-polished head. Ferrea Valves feature flow improvements to deliver the power needed for today’s sophisticated Sport Compact racing engines.

This kit of 20 forged Ferrea Racing Super Alloy / Super Flo engine valves is available with original sizes for direct installation on OEM head or 1mm larger for installation with machined head. Specific upgrade for ferea vaves engines found in Audi RS3 8.5V and TTRS 8S, these triple groove Competition Plus valves are designed to handle extreme pressures, temperatures and power !

WHAT IS A PERFORMANCE VALVE?

Valves play a critical role in any ferea vaves engine. Upgrading the valves in your VW or Ferea vaves engine increases reliability with slow forging processes, upgraded aerospace alloys, CNC machining, and heat treatments to withstand extreme abuse from high-powered race engines and daily driven road vehicles making beyond factory power levels. The power an engine produces is limited to airflow. As the smallest chokepoint in your cylinder head, performance valves are engineered to increase airflow by limiting turbulence created by valve stem obstruction and carefully detailing the valve head and angles.

OVERSIZED VALVE OPTION (REQUIRES MACHINE WORK)

Ferrea valves are available in either standard factory size or oversized valve head diameters. Larger diameter (oversized) valve heads provide an increased skirt area, resulting in further increased airflow at lower valve lifts for the maximum cylinder head efficiency at the valve port. Oversized valves require either aftermarket valve seats or machining to the factory valve seats for installation to match the larger diameter head; oversized valves are not a direct installation.

VALVE STEM SEALS

Match your performance valves to a set of IE Performance Valve Stem Seals. Manufactured from heat-resistant Viton for use with the exhaust valves and high-quality polyacrylic for intake valves. These superior quality materials ensure longer valve seal life on higher output engines producing beyond stock power levels. Sold individually.

COMPETITION PLUS VALVES (INTAKE)

Ferrea's Competition Plus Intake Valve is a reliable and extreme duty valve option for the 2.5L 20V engines for N/A or boosted applications. 2-step slow forged from special aerospace quality EV8-Z18 alloys eliminates material structural damage and provides proper grain flow with extremely reliable high-tensile strength. Each valve is heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period for molecular integrity and features avionics-quality ferea vaves chrome and a specially applied hard tip.

SUPER ALLOY VALVES (EXHAUST)

Ferrea's Vav box selection software Alloy exceeds typical Inconel alloy and is highly recommended for exhaust valves in turbocharged or boosted 2.5L 5 Cylinder engine builds. Super Ferea vaves is the absolute highest level available in exhaust valve technology. Engineered to handle extreme heat requirements and punishment from turbocharged engines running high boost, nitro fuels, nitrous oxides, ethanol, and pump gas. Reversed forged for superior strength and durability, the Super Alloy can withstand exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 2400 degrees Fahrenheit onto titus vav cfm flow chart valve. Every ferea vaves is finished with a refined ferea vaves and micro polish to eliminate surface imperfections. Ferrea's valves have been used in Top Fuel and Titus vav cfm flow chart Car applications and can confirm the performance and reliability of Super Alloy Valves in the most ferea vaves and volatile situations.
